Who you'll work with
You will work directly with the founder and a small, remote team that cares deeply about the craft - and about each other. No layers, no committees: just people who ship, talk to users, and own their lane end to end.

Founding Growth × Sales Intern
Remote · Internship · Part-time or Full-time
Hunt for buyers in the wild. You will run Needle across real communities, surface high-intent threads, craft genuinely helpful outreach, and turn what works into repeatable growth and sales motions - shoulder to shoulder with the founder.
- Run intent searches and surface buyer conversations worth a reply
- Draft and test outreach, landing copy, and lifecycle messages
- Talk to users, run demos, and help close our earliest customers
- Spot what works and build it into a repeatable playbook
