Who you'll work with

You will work directly with the founder and a small, remote team that cares deeply about the craft - and about each other. No layers, no committees: just people who ship, talk to users, and own their lane end to end.

Needle is small on purpose. Your work is visible, your decisions matter, and you grow fast because you are in the weeds from day one - not waiting for permission.

Hunt for buyers in the wild. You will run Needle across real communities, surface high-intent threads, craft genuinely helpful outreach, and turn what works into repeatable growth and sales motions - shoulder to shoulder with the founder.

  • Run intent searches and surface buyer conversations worth a reply
  • Draft and test outreach, landing copy, and lifecycle messages
  • Talk to users, run demos, and help close our earliest customers
  • Spot what works and build it into a repeatable playbook

A great fit if you love writing, talking to users, and turning messy signals into pipeline.
