How it works

  1. Step 1

Save a brand and turn on Auto Search

Add the problem phrases, competitors, and communities you care about. Needle reruns the search on your schedule.

  2. Step 2

    Connect Airtable

Create a personal access token with the data.records:write scope, then add the token, base ID, and table name in Needle Settings.

  3. Step 3

New Airtable record for every alert

Each alert is added as a record with a title and body, plus link, platform, and relevance fields when they are available.

Frequently asked questions

Setup, limits, and every platform are covered in the docs.

What do I need from Airtable?
A personal access token with the data.records:write scope, plus the base ID and table name.
How often are records created?
One for each digest and one for each hot-lead alert. Digests arrive daily on Solo, as often as every 4 hours on Growth, and hourly on Scale. Hot-lead alerts go out when a run finds a high-intent buyer - up to three per run.
Which plan includes Airtable?
Airtable is available on the Growth plan and up.
Does Needle reply or post for me?
No. Needle finds and ranks conversations and can draft a reply for you to edit. You decide whether to respond, and you post it yourself.
