What does Needle send to Google Chat?
Two kinds of message: a digest summarizing new leads for each brand with a link to review them, and individual hot-lead alerts for high-intent threads. Digests arrive daily on Solo, as often as every 4 hours on Growth, and hourly on Scale. Hot-lead alerts go out when a run finds a high-intent buyer - up to three per run.
Can each brand post to a different Chat space?
Yes. Set an account-wide Google Chat webhook, then override it for any brand that should alert its own channel.
Which plan includes Google Chat?
