- Who can join the affiliate program?
- Active Needle subscribers. It is a subscriber-only program: every affiliate is a paying user, which keeps the incentives honest and filters out spam.
- How much do I earn?
- 30% of the pre-tax amount on every paid invoice, recurring for 12 months from each referred customer's first payment. Annual plans pay 30% of the full annual charge.
- Do free trials earn commission?
- No. Trial and verification charges never earn commission - you are paid only once a referral becomes a paying customer, which also means you are never paid for a customer who churns during the trial.
- How long does attribution last?
- 60 days from the click, and attribution is bound to the account rather than the browser. If your referral signs up on a phone and upgrades on a laptop a month later, you are still credited.
- When and how do I get paid?
- Each commission clears for 30 days after the customer's payment (covering refunds and disputes), then pays out in the next monthly run once your cleared balance reaches $50. In practice money arrives 30-45 days after the payment - at most around 60 if it lands just after a batch closes. The 60-day figure elsewhere on this page is the attribution window (how long a click stays credited), not a payout delay. Choose PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer in your portal.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your link stops crediting new referrals, but everything you have already earned is honoured. Resubscribe any time and your original link reactivates.
