• Analyzes publicly available data only
• Provides search and filtering capabilities
• Offers sentiment analysis and intent detection
• Maintains search history for registered users
• Provides keyword monitoring with real-time notifications
• May be offered through third-party clients (for example the Needle app or connector inside ChatGPT); when you use Needle there, OpenAI's terms and privacy terms apply to the ChatGPT product, and our Privacy Policy describes how Needle handles data for those requests.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to access private or protected content
• Not use the service to harass, stalk, or harm others
