Is there a free trial?

Yes. 7 days of full access, no card. You get manual search, recurring Auto Search, digest alerts, AI reply drafts, and CSV export, with nothing charged. The 7 days start when your first scan finishes, not at signup. When the trial ends your leads stay readable and monitoring pauses until you choose a plan.

Does Auto Search run during the free trial?

Yes. Your first Auto Search run starts as soon as onboarding finishes, and recurring runs continue on the Solo schedule for the whole trial. When the trial ends, runs pause until you subscribe.

How does the trial work?

It starts automatically when your first scan finishes: 7 days of full access, no card, nothing charged. There is nothing to cancel. When the trial ends your dashboard becomes read-only and every action pauses until you pick a plan. Choosing a plan bills immediately at the price shown.

Can I pay annually?

Yes. Annual billing is 33% off the monthly price on every paid plan, about 4 months free. Switching from monthly to annual applies immediately and you pay the prorated difference. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at renewal: cancel in Settings, keep access until your annual term ends, then subscribe monthly.

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Yes. You can cancel at any time or upgrade from your account settings. Upgrades apply immediately. To downgrade, cancel your plan (you keep access until the end of the current billing period), then subscribe to the lower plan at renewal.

Do I need a credit card to try Needle?

No. The 7-day free trial starts without any payment method. A card is only required when you choose a paid plan.

Which networks does Needle search?

Solo covers 8 networks: Reddit, Hacker News, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Lobsters, Mastodon, Bluesky, and Product Hunt. Growth adds YouTube, Tumblr, and Forums (11 networks). Scale adds X (Twitter) and LinkedIn (13 networks).

Do Auto Search runs count against my manual search limits?

No. Auto Search runs in the background on our scheduler to monitor your brand and does not use any of your manual search quota.
