Rallied is an always-on AI agent built for managed service providers. It works the L1 and L2 tickets that eat up your technicians' day, so your MSP can take on more clients without adding headcount. Rallied plugs into the PSA you already run, including ConnectWise, HaloPSA, Autotask and SuperOps. When a ticket comes in, it reads the request, checks the client's live systems such as Microsoft 365, your RMM and your documentation in IT Glue or Hudu, and works out what needs to happen. It then resolves routine requests end to end: password resets, account lockouts, mailbox and shared folder access, licence changes, and user onboarding and offboarding.
