Needle helps you find customers where they are already talking. You search across many public communities in one place, read intent and sentiment on results, and use Auto Search for your brand so Needle runs the same search again on its own on the schedule and sites you pick, with optional digests. Every paid plan includes one brand profile per account.
Create your account
- Go to useneedle.net and click Login or Get started.
- Sign up with Google or email, then choose your subscription from Pricing.
- Complete onboarding so your brand profile is ready for drafts and Auto Search.
Your first manual search
- From the dashboard, open Manual search.
- Enter keywords or short phrases that describe a problem your product or category solves - for example: project management tools or Notion alternatives.
- Choose platforms (defaults depend on your plan).
- Pick a timeframe (e.g. last 7 days).
- Run the search. Results stream in with sentiment and buying intent.
Explore other features
- Auto Search - Needle runs again on its own on the schedule and sites you set for your brand (every paid plan includes one brand profile). Use the brand picker in the header. Add competitors in Settings to highlight when those names appear in posts. Configure digests under Settings.
- Needle Directory - List your product in Needle’s public catalog (separate from Search).
- Trending Problems - See what is gaining momentum across communities.
- Analytics - Usage and recent activity.
