Search and results
No results or very few results
- Try broader keywords - Very specific phrases may have no matches.
- Change the timeframe - Use “Last 7 days” or “Last 30 days” so more posts are included.
- Select more platforms - Add Reddit, Hacker News, GitHub, etc. if you only had one or two selected.
- Check your plan - Some platforms are only available on higher tiers. See Plans and limits.
Manual search limit reached
All plans have a daily manual search limit. When you hit it:
- You’ll see a message that the limit is reached.
- Limits reset per plan window (see Pricing).
- Upgrade for higher caps. See Plans and limits and Pricing.
Auto Search and digests
Digest not arriving
- Confirm Settings has digest channels configured and your plan supports them.
- Verify webhooks for chat apps are valid and not filtered by your workspace.
Account and access
Login or sign-up issues
- Use the same method - Sign in with the same provider (Google or email) you used when you first signed up.
- Password reset - If you signed up with email, use “Forgot password” on the login page.
- Browser and cookies - Try a different browser or ensure cookies aren’t blocked for useneedle.net.
Missing features or platforms
Some features and platforms are only on higher tiers (Growth or Scale). Check Plans and limits. If you’re on the expected tier and still don’t see something, contact support.
